NOTICE

It is hereby notified that the next Circle Working Committee Meeting of “National Association of Postal Employees, Gr-C, West Bengal Circle will be held on & from 10^th to 13^th, January, 2015 at Jadu Bhatta Mancha, Bishnupur, Bankura Division. The Meeting will commence at 11.00 hours on 10.01.2015 and will continue as and when required during 24^th Circle Conference from 11-13 January, 2015 at the same Venue.

It is also hereby notified that no fresh notice will be issued if the date(s) and venue of the Meeting is changed, but only intimation will be sent.

It is hereby notified that the following will be the Agenda for the CWC Meeting.

1.                  Confirmation of the proceedings of Last CWC Meeting.

2.                  Adoption of Report on activities of the Association for the period from April,2013 to December,2014.

3.                  Adoption of Audited Accounts of the Association for the period from 01.04.2013 to 31.03.2014.

4.                  Consideration of Agenda in Notice for the Circle Conference.

5.                  Policy & Programme.

They are requested to grant Spl. Casual Leave to the “Circle Working Committee Office Bearers” under their Control covering the transit period.

6.                  All the CWC Office Bearers & Divisional Secretary, NAPE, Gr-C, West Bengal Circle with the request to attend the Meeting in time without fail.
