Circle & All India Conference

I hope all of you have received the Donation Coupon issued by the Reception Committees. The CWC notice and Notice for the Conferences are sent herewith. Holding the conference as decided was informed through our website and Journal also.

 The Divisional Secretaries may please note that the Circle Office, o/o the Ch. PMG will not circulate the Notice of the Circle Conference to Divisional Heads. The Divisional Secretaries should furnish copy of the notice issued for the Circle Conference to the Heads of the Division requesting them for granting Special Casual leave to the Delegates (Department order no. 54-1/83-SPB.II dated 06.12.2983).

The Divisional Secretaries is requested to intimate immediately the Number of delegates & visitors participating in the Circle `& All India Conference so that the Reception Committees can make arrangements for the boarding & lodging. The Reception Committees appealed for Donations. The Divisional Secretaries are requested to help the reception committees to make the conference a grand success.

I request the Divisional Secretaries to discuss the proposals in the respective General Body meetings before coming to the 24^th Circle Conference on 11-13, January, 2014 at Bishnupur-Bankura and 21^st All India Conference on 20-22, January, 2014 at Bhilai, Chattisgarh for restructuring on strategic plan of the Department along with your Divisional union Festoon.

Let us meet in a crucial Circle & All India Conferences after changing the political scenario in the Country by Parliamentary Election in a congenial atmosphere and also deliberate on the rapid changes in the Department as a result of reforms and strive for the betterment of Group C particularly and all other employees of the Department as a whole. We should not forget our responsibilities in deciding the policies. Let us be very serious about the future of the Department and our employees.
