                It is hereby notified that the next Expanded Circle Working Committee meeting of “National Association of Postal Employees Group – C, West Bengal Circle” will be held at Krishnanagar cathedral Charitable Society (opp. LC College), Krishnanagar, North Nadia Division on 4^th & 5^th August 2018 at 11.00 am with the following agenda.

               

                It is further notified that no fresh notice will be issued if the date & venue of the expanded Circle Working committee meeting is changed, but only intimation will be sent.

1)      Confirmation of proceedings of the last CWC

2)      Financial Review

3)      Holding of 26^th Circle Conference from 28/10/2018 to 30/10/2018 in Coochbehar.

4)      Organisational Review.

5)      Miscellaneous.

FWC MEETING HELD AT HYDERABAD ON 27/07/2018

The Federal Working Committee Meeting held at Hotel Mahaveer, Hyderabad on 27/07/2018. The Meeting  was presided over by Mr Manik Chandra Dey, Working President of the Federation. Sri Sivaji Vasireddy,  elected as Secretary General , Sri R P Mishra ,Circle Secretary NAPE Gr-C, UP Circle and Sri Prerith Kumar ACS NAPE Gr-C Bihar circle  elected as Vice President and Deputy General Secretary respectably.

The Federal Working Committee meeting held at Mahaveer Hotel Hyderabad on 27/07/2018. Sri Manik Chandra Dey, Working President presided over the meeting. CSI workshop held today on 22.07.2018 at Asansol HO in WB circle where s/s Kaushik Chakraborty Circle Secretary, Dilip.Kr.Das, Sanjib Biswas, B Rakshit, Asok Kr Ray from Circle attended and delivered their valuable speech regarding CSI.

Yesterday at 3.30 pm Kaushik Chakraborty C/S NAPE Gr-C & T K Mondal met CPMG WB and discussed regarding Foreign Post issues, Postal sectional and CSI issues. Meeting was very positive and was assured for early steps. Let us hope for positive outcome.

DECISION OF THE NJCA MEETING HELD AT JCM (NC) STAFF SIDE OFFICE, NEW DELHI ON 3rd JULY 2018

Representatives of the Confederation took a stand that as two years are already over after the assurances given by Group of Ministers, NJCA should revive the deferred indefinite strike immediately and date of commencement of the strike should be decided. After detailed discussion and after considering the views expressed by other NJCA Members (representing Railway Federations & Defence Employees Federations), it was unanimously decided TO PASS A RESOLUTION against the anti-employee attitude of the Government and inform the Government that if the Government fails to settle the demands of the Central Govt. Employees raised by NJCA including the major demands viz; increase in Minimum Pay and Fitment Factor from 01.01.2016, Scrapping of NPS, implementation of Option - 1 from 01.01.2016 , withdrawal of "very good" benchmark for promotion , through a negotiated settlement on or before 07th August 2018 , then the NJCA would be left with no option than to revive the deferred indefinite strike action. The NJCA will meet on 18th August 2018, to decide next course of action.
