NOTICE

It is hereby notified that the 24^th Circle Conference of “National Association of Postal Employees, Gr.C, West Bengal Circle” will be held on & from 11^th to 13^th, January, 2015 at Jadu Bhatta Mancha, Bishnupur, under Bankura Division.

It is also hereby notified that no fresh notice will be issued if the date(s) and venue of the Circle Conference are changed, but only an intimation will be sent.

It is hereby notified that the following will be the Agenda for the Circle Conference.

1.                  Adoption of Report on activities of the Circle Association for the period from April,2013 to December,2014.

2.                  Adoption of Audited Accounts of the Circle Association for the period from 01.04.2013 to 31.03.2014.

3.                  Organisational Review & Financial Review.

4.                  7^th CPC.

5.                  Problems relating to different units in Postal Services-

a)   CBS,                b)    Cadre re-structuring,              c)    Postal Demands.

6.                  Resolution on General & Sectional problems.

7.                  Policy & Programme.

8.                  Election of “Office Bearers” for the next two years.

9.                  Adoption of Estimated Budget for the next two years.

10.              Venue of the next Circle Conference & appointment of Auditors.
