                It is hereby notified that the next Expanded CWC meeting of Newly elected circle working committee of “National Association of Postal Employees Group – C, West Bengal Circle “will be held at Foreign Post (8A,B Pollock Street Kolkata- 1) on 21.11.15 (Saturday )at 11.00 AM with the following agenda.

               

                It is further notified that no fresh notice will be issued if the date & venue of the meeting is changed, but only intimation will be sent for the expanded CWC meeting.

1)      Confirmation of the minutes of Last CWC meeting.

2)      Accounts Income & Expenditure i/c/w NUGDS All India Conference.

3)      Review of Membership Verification Process.

4)      Organisational Review.

5)      Financial Review

6)      Policy & Programme

7)      Miscellaneous.
