West Bengal Circle yesterday on 06.06.14 and discussed about an hour regarding various problems
particularly for in house(Practical) Training to newly recruited Postal
Assistants in various Divisions through out the Circle, Myself informed the
CPMG that the Divisional Head of East Kolkata Division and Kolkata RMS & another two or three Divisions have not been carried out the order of the CPMG
Vide DO No Rectt/R-8/Direct Quota/2011-12 dated 20.05.14 & 27.05.14 for in
house Training .The Chief PMG assured that the matter will be discussed with PMG (Kolkata)
and PMG (MM) so that the in house training can be started immediately. In course of discussion
the Chief PMG also informed that a DO letter addressed to Member (P) Postal
Services Board has been sent on 06.06.14seeking permission for appointment of
the in house trained candidate. The Chief PMG also informed that matter has
already been taken up with the Postal Directorate asking permission for Induction
Training in west Bengal circle instead of PTC Darbhanga. We are hopeful that
fruitful positive result will come out through the discussion with CPMG.
