Myself attended the 5th Circle Conference of Jharkhand Circle held at Baidyanath Hotel ,Jharkhand on and from 17th to 19th April 2011. The open session on 17th at 11.00hrs where Sri Krishnananda Jha Ex Minister Jharkhand, Sri K.K.Singh PMG(DD), Circle Secretary NUR-III, NUR- IV, NUP-IV, NUGDS and other Political Leaders graced the Circle Conference. The delegate session from 17-19th. I on behalf of CHQ replied the members of the house.
In the Conference S/Sri Surendra Lal, Sri B.K. Yadav and B.P.Sing have been elected as President, Circle Secretary and Treasurer respectively.
