NOTICE

It is hereby notified that the next circle working committee meeting of “National Association of Postal Employees Group – C West Bengal Circle “ will be held on and from 26th to 29th May at Bharati Bhawan ,Burnpur, under Asansol Division, West Bengal. The meeting will commence at 11.00 am on 26th May 2011 and will continue as and when required during 22nd Circle Conference from 26.05.11 to 29.05.11at the same Venue.
It is also notified that no fresh notice will be issued if the date(s) and venue of the meeting is changed, but only intimation will be sent.
It is hereby notified that the following will be the agenda for the CWC meeting.

1) Confirmation of proceedings of last CWC.
2) Adoption of Report on activities of the Association for the period from 1st March` 09 to 15.05.11
3) Adoption of Audited Accounts of the Association for the period from 1.04.08 to 31.03.09, 01.04.09 to 31.03.10 & 01.04.10 to 31.03.11
4) Resolution on General and Sectional problems.
5) Consideration of Agenda for Circle Conference.
6) Policy and Progamme.
