NOTICE

It is hereby notified that the 22nd Circle Conference of “National Association of Postal Employees Group – C, West Bengal Circle “ will be held on and from 27th to 29th May at Bharati Bhawan ,Burnpur, under Asansol Division, Burdwan,West Bengal.
It is also notified that no fresh notice will be issued if the date(s) and venue of the meeting is changed, but only intimation will be sent.
It is hereby notified that the following will be the agenda for the Circle Conference
1. Adoption of Report on activities of the Association for the period from 1st March` 09 to 15.05.11
2. Adoption of Audited Accounts of the Association for the period from 1.04.08 to 31.03.09, 01.04.09 to 31.03.10 & 01.04.10 to 31.03.11
3. Organizational Review & financial Review.
4. National Post & Association Building.
5. Proposed Indefinite Postal Strike from 05.07.11
6. Problems relating to different units in Postal Services.
a) Computerization& Mechanization b) Cadre – Restructuring, c) Creation of Post Master Cadre. D) 3dr MACP to departmental Employees.
7. Relationship with the Administration, CHQ, FNPO & other Associations.
8. Resolution on General and Sectional Problems.
9. Policy and Progamme.
10. Election of office Bearers for the next two years.
11. Adoption of Estimated Budget for the next two years.
12. Venue of Next Circle Conference & Appointment of Auditor.
