                It is hereby notified that the next Expanded Circle Working Committee meeting of “National Association of Postal Employees Group – C, West Bengal Circle” will be held at Kolkata GPO Auditorium Hall (Training Centre), Kolkata-700001 on 23.02.2018 (Friday) at 10.30 hrs with the following agenda.

               

                It is further notified that no fresh notice will be issued if the date & venue of the expanded Circle Working committee meeting is changed, but only intimation will be sent.

1)      Confirmation of proceedings of last CWC meeting.

2)      Financial Review

3)      Organisational Review

4)      Policy & Programme

5)      Miscellaneous

1.       The Chief Postmaster General West Bengal Circle Yogayog Bhawan, Kolkata 700012

2.       The Postmaster General Kolkata Region /SB Region/MM & BD Region/NB & Sikkim Region

3.       All SSPO`s & SPO`s in West Bengal Circle.

4.       The Sr. PM Alipore HO/Director Kolkata GPO/ Sr. Postmaster Barabazar HO.

They are requested to grant Spl. CL to the CWC members & Divisional Secretary or their representatives under their control covering the transit period.

5.       All Circle Working Committee members, & Divisional Secretaries, Group – C, WB Circle with request to attend the meeting without fail.
