                                                CWC Meeting & Decision taken

The expanded Circle Working Committee Meeting held on 15th & 16th March, 2011 at Municipality Tourist Lodge Krishnanagar under North Nadia Postal Division. Sri Somnath Majumder & Ratan Kr. Das and other members done good arrangement for accommodation & food. Circle Association Convey sincere thanks to them.

In the CWC Meeting the Income & expenditure was placed and shown some deficit i|r|o 19th AIC at Siliguri due to non-payment / Short payment of assured donation by the Divisional Association. After long discussion the Divisional Secretaries further assured for payment of the same immediately.

After long discussion the expanded CWC took an unanimous decision for holding Demonstration on 04th April 2011 (Monday) before the Division head and submission of memorandum at Launch hour by FNPO affiliates.

                                                                               Charter of Demands

1.      Stop administrative partiality among the National Union Members.

2.      Immediate appointment of candidates, selected for PA cadre against the vacancies of  2005- 2008      

3.      Absorption of all RRR candidates as one time measure at the earliest.

4.      Necessary steps for enhance of financial benefits to the part-time staff wef 01.01.2006 at the time of 6th CPC implementation.

5.      Stop merger / closure / re-deployment of ED SO and BO.

6.      Steps for posting of LSG/HSG-II/HSG-I both general Line & PM cadre.

7.      Stop harassment to the system Asstt. & Marketing executives in the name of Modernization & business.

8.      Necessary steps for Induction Training / In-house Training to the LGO(PA) candidates selected against Departmental vacancies.

9.      Filling up all the residual vacancies for the period from 2001-2005 through GDS to PA Cadre.

10.    Stop biased attitude & Punishment Posting to the National Union members at the time of Rotational Transfer & Posting Orders and strictly adherence of Deptl. Rules & Orders.

11.    Immediate Payment of MACP benefits to all the eligible staff Division.

12.    Set-right the strike period of 17-18 Dec. 2008 and 07th September, 2010.

13.    Stop closure / merger of Single and Double handed Post offices.

14.    Immediate filling up of GDS vacant posts.
