28th Divisional conference of North Hooghly Division held on 03.02.2019 at Rabindra Bhaban, Chinsurah. Sri Manik Chandra Dey President (CHQ) , Rajat Suvra Das, Ex-President (CHQ) Shivaji Vashireddy, General Secretary, P U Murulidharan  General Secretary NUGDS , Kaushik Chakraborty, CS WB Circle Ashok Mitra CS WB Circle NUGDS, Soma Ghosh, CS WB Circle NUPE (Postmen/MTS), Dilip Kr Das CS WB Circle PPWA, Nitish Chakraborty, CS  Ashit Majumder MLA, Chairman -Vice-Chairman CIC of Chuchura Municipality address the conference. Besides the circle office bearer some Divisional Secretary attended the conference. Sri Tapas Karmakar, Aranya Kha & Ritwik Bhattacharyya are elected as Secretary, Gr-C, Postmen/MTS and NUGDS respectively. The conference was grand success.We pay our sincere thanks to all members of North Hooghly division.

Joint Divisional Conference of FNPO affiliated Unions of Purulia Division in West Bengal Circle held on 02/12/2018 at Zilla Parisad Bhaban under the Chairmanship of our Group -C Union Divisional Secretary Sri Goutam Patra where WB State Goverment Minister Sri Shantiram Mahato & MO Dr Mriganka Mahato delevered valuabvle speech regarding our ongoing different problems and assured their Co-operation in all respects. At circle level P-3,P4, GDS Pensioners & part time DRM leaders attended. From NAPE Gr-C Circle Sri Madhab Paul Sanjoy Ghosh & Sanjib Biswas & Pensioners circle Secretary Sri Dilip Das attended and took patr in the discussion. Circle Union convey warm wishes to the newly elected all leaders & members of Purulia Division.

The 26th Circle conference of NAPE Gr-C, West Bengal Circle was held from 28th to 30th October 2018

The 26^th Circle conference of NAPE Gr-C, West Bengal Circle was held from 28^th to 30^th October 2018 at Panthanivas Hall Coochbehar, WB. On 28^th October a big colourful Rally covered the city at 2.30 to 4pm. After the Flag hoisting ceremony was held. Sri Rajat S Das, B. Shibakumar and Koushik Chakraborty hoisted the National Flag, Federation & Union Flag respectively. The open session inaugurated by Sri Rajat S Das Chief Advisor at 4.15 pm S/s B Shibakumar, Sribhagaban Yadav, P U Murulidharan, L D Koushik,N K Tyagi, Srinibash Debnath Paul (C/S RMS-3) Bholanath Das (C/S RMS-4), Dilip Kr Das Nishit Chakraborty and our C/S Koushik Chakraborty delivered their speech. In the evening a good cultural programme organized by the reception committee to enjoy the delegates.

Second day on 29^th October, delegate session commence from 9 am to 1.30 pm and thereafter 4pm to 10pm where 26 delegates took part in the discussion and also raised some points. Circle secretary Sri Koushik Chakraborty replied all the points of 26 participants.

Third day on 30^th October delegate started from 9am. Sri B. Shibakumar and P U Murulidharan addressed the session. S/s Rajat S Das and Koushik Chakraborty covered all the items and thereafter felicitation given to our Ex- circle office bearers Sri Jaynal Abedin & Sanat Kumar Paul. At 1pm election of office bearer conducted by the president of the meeting in very presence of CHQ office bearers & Departmental official observer where the following were duly elected unanimously by the delegates in the house.

Circle Secretary:- Koushik Chakraborty, Central Kolkata Division

Circle Treasurer: - Sanjib Biswas South Kolkata Division

The Circle union pays the sincere thanks to Sri Anirban Choudhury & his team Coochbehar for arranging good accommodation, food, publicity & other requirements to the delegates & visitors attended from throughout the circle where 31 Division out of 32 Divisions participated at the conference.
