As decided an urgent call has been given by Circle Unions for Lunch/Tiffin hour Demonstration on 03.10.2012 (Wednesday) in each and every Division throughout West Bengal Circle with NUGDS & others Union of FNPO affiliates. Divisional Secretaries are requested to take necessary efforts for much gathering for holding the Demonstration on the day at Divisional office or Head Office, they are requested to hand over three (3) copies of Resolution/Chatter of Demands to the Divisional head after holding the Demonstration for redressal.
The Divisional Secretary will down load the copy of Intimation letter and will submit the same within 28th Sept. 2012 to Divisional Head. They are requested to down load the Resolution / Chatter of Demands and submit the same to Divisional Head along with copy of PMG & CPMG.

SPECIAL BULLETIN TO ALL DIVISIONAL SECRETARIES OF FNPO AFFILIATES IN WEST BENGAL CIRCLE
Dear Colleague,
Perhaps you may aware that the Postal Administration in West Bengal Circle already introduced out sourcing (Contractual Basis) and issued very irregular order for Mail Schedule where the Post office and R.M.S are facing tremendous problems and we are unable to accept the same. In Circle Level programme launched by Demonstration every day and submitted demand for immediate stoppage of out sourcing and rectify the Mail Schedule on 27/08/12 to the Chief Post Master General, Post Master General (MM).
In response to the said problem it is decided to submit resolution on 04 .09.12 by every division to be submitted to the (1) Chief Post Master General West Bengal Circle, (2) Post Master General (MM) and (3) DPS(Hq) through Divisional Head.
Divisional Secretaries of FNPO affiliates are requested to materialize the programme on 04.09.12. Draft Resolution is attached which may please be copied.
It is added that in circle level on 6th & 7th September '12 Postal & RMS wings will go on Day Long Dharna in Yogayog Bhawan.

IX TH FEDERAL CONGRESS AT CHENNAI
The IX Federal Congress of FNPO held on 08-11 August ’12 at World University Study Centre Egmore, Chennai successfully. The open session was held held on 08th August and it is inaugurated by Bro. Christopher NG Secretary APR UNI Global. Bro Echi ETO Dir APR UNI Global was the Scief Guest. The Chief PMG TN Circle released the Departmental First Day Cover to commemorate the Birth centenary of our great Leader K. Ramamurthi The other dignitaries like DPS HQ, Ex- Secretary Department of Posts, and S/S G.K.Padmanavam,P.S.Babu, V.V.Ratneswar Rao,D.Kisan Rao, P.U.Murulidharan and all the General Secretaries of FNPO affiliates graced the occasion . In the delegate session of 9th and 10th S/S Rajat S das , Manik Ch Dey and Dilip Kr Das took part in the discussion particularly Gr-C and GDS problems facing in WB Circle, they also discussed regarding MACP i/r/o Promotee staffs, Bench Marks of MACP,Fixation of initial Pay of Promotee staff and Direct Recruitment , Restoring of Work load Point of BPM for Rs 1000/- instead of Rs 20000/-, Liberalisation of Limited Transfer facility of GDS staffs, Giving extra Remuneration for excess work beyond 5 hrs, Bonus ceiling of GDS staffs.and also given positive suggestion for solution.
