I hope all of you have received the Donation Coupon issued by the Reception
Committees. The CWC notice and Notice for the Conferences are sent herewith. Holding
the conference as decided was informed through our website and Journal also.
The Divisional
Secretaries may please note that the Circle Office, o/o the Ch. PMG will not
circulate the Notice of the Circle Conference to Divisional Heads. The
Divisional Secretaries should furnish copy of the notice issued for the Circle
Conference to the Heads of the Division requesting them for granting Special
Casual leave to the Delegates (Department order no. 54-1/83-SPB.II dated
06.12.2983).
The Divisional Secretaries is requested to intimate
immediately the Number of delegates & visitors participating in the Circle `&
All India Conference so that the Reception Committees can make arrangements for
the boarding & lodging. The Reception Committees appealed for Donations.
The Divisional Secretaries are requested to help the reception committees to
make the conference a grand success.
I request the Divisional Secretaries to discuss the
proposals in the respective General Body
meetings before coming to the 24th Circle Conference on 11-13,
January, 2014 at Bishnupur-Bankura
and 21st All India Conference on 20-22, January, 2014 at Bhilai, Chattisgarh for restructuring
on strategic plan of the Department along with your Divisional union Festoon.
Let us meet in a crucial Circle & All India Conferences after changing the political scenario in the Country by
Parliamentary Election in a congenial atmosphere and also deliberate on the
rapid changes in the Department as a result of reforms and strive for the
betterment of Group C particularly and all other employees of the Department as
a whole. We should not forget our responsibilities in deciding the policies.

NUGDS - Circle Conference
The
18th Circle
In the conference the following
Trade Union leaders S/S P. U. Muraleedharan, GS-NUGDS, Rajat S. Das, Working
President-FNPO, Jayanal Abedin, Circle President-NUPE Gr.C, Manick Ch. Dey,
ACS, Kaushik Chakraborty, Circle Treasurer-NUPE Gr.C were present in the
conference. The Local MLA & Panchayat Pradhan from Trinamool Congress Party
were also present in the conference. The conference was glorious one having
discussion on different issues and resolved some burning problems for

24TH CIRCLE CONFERENCE OF NATIONAL UNION OF POSTAL EMPLOYEES GROUP - C, WEST BENGAL CIRCLE.
As decided
in the last Circle Working meeting, the 24th Circle Conference of this Union will be held on and fron
11/01/2015 to 13/01/2015 at Jadu Bhatta
Munch , Bishnupur, Dist Bankura. The open session will be held at 10.00 am
on 11/01/2015. Our G.S Sri D. Kisan Rao has already booked his tickets for
attending the Conference.
All Divisional Secretaries are requested to please take effective steps for electing the circle delegates anted the said conference and to co-operate the reception committee of said conference.
